Who can participate?

Juice cleanse is open to everyone but please seek medical advice prior to starting this diet. Please be aware that grapefruit juice can affect a wide range of medications.

Exercising

The juice cleanse will provide your body with all the vitamins and nutrient’s your body needs. In terms of calories you will be consuming around 1200-1400 calories a day so you will need step your training down accordingly. It would be advisable to take part in less intense exercise such as yoga, Pilates, and walking. If you find you are Hungary then it is advisable to eat raw veg to fill any gaps.

Possible side effects

The juice cleanse will provide your body with an abundance of nutrient’s. However if you are feeling any side effects please contact your G.P. The side effects include and are not limited to bad breath, constipation, diarrhoea, fatigue, head ache and dizziness.
